Some Thermador ovens have Phillips screws in the door trim, two at the bottom and two on top of the door. You have to remove the screws to pull the oven unit out.

The first step will be to pull the warming drawer out to locate the release tabs. These are on the metal track mounted to each edge of the drawer. To remove the piece, push in the release tabs to allow you to pull off the drawer from the metal tracks.
Look out for the nuts that fix your microwave oven to the warming drawer on the inside top. Grab a screwdriver and remove the nuts. That will release your microwave oven from the warming drawer from the bottom.
Hold and open the cabinet door above your microwave. You will see the nuts or screws that hold your appliance to the belly of the cabinet. Gently unscrew the nuts.
Gently lift your oven off the warming drawer and slide it toward you. You will need someone to unplug the oven from the electrical socket or open the junction box and detach the wires.
