- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Two eggs
- Heat the oven until it reaches 250 degrees. Grease the bottom of the 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Take a large empty bowl and add sugar and butter with a spoon until you have a light and fluffy mixture.
- Crack your eggs and add to the mixture, followed by the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla
- Chop your premade banana bread into small pieces and add in a separate small bowl (at this point, you can add some flour if need be).
- Add baking soda, salt, and nuts and mix well. Then add the banana mix you made in the above steps.
- Stir gently until the ingredients become moisture
- Pour into a baking pan
- Bake for fifty minutes to one hour.
- Cool for a couple of minutes, say five minutes or so. Remove from the pan carefully.
